At Metro South Health, we’re committed to making our workplaces and services fair, inclusive and respectful for everyone. Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (EDI) Action Plan 2025–2028 [PDF 921.5 KB] outlines how we will support our diverse staff and communities.
This plan is part of our wider Strategic Plan 2024-2028. It helps us take real, meaningful steps to build a more inclusive health system—one that reflects and supports the people we serve.
What this means for our staff and community
We’re working to:

- support and celebrate different cultures, backgrounds and abilities
- remove barriers that make it hard for people to access care or grow at work
