We are not an emergency department and can only treat you if you have a minor illness or injury that is not life-threatening. In an emergency always call Triple Zero (000) and ask for an ambulance. If you're not sure, call 13 HEALTH (13 43 25 84) and speak to a registered nurse.

Minor illness and injury clinic
It’s free to get urgent care for a minor illness or injury if you have a Medicare card. You don't need an appointment.
We only treat babies older than 3 months.
We treat conditions that aren’t life-threatening such as:
- fever, cough and cold
- rash and infection
- earache, toothache and eye problems
- broken bones and fractures
- minor cuts, wounds and burns
- minor head injuries.
We also have diagnostic services for patients having treatment, including ultrasound, X-ray and pathology.
If you don’t need urgent care please see your GP. They know your health history and can give you the best advice and care.
