We aren’t an emergency department and can only treat you if you have a minor illness or injury that isn’t life-threatening. In an emergency always call Triple Zero (000) and ask for an ambulance. If you're not sure, call 13 HEALTH (13 43 25 84) and speak to a registered nurse.

Nurse-led walk-in clinics
We can treat you at one of our walk-in clinics if you're unwell, need health advice or have a minor injury. We see adults and children over 2.
You don't need a Medicare card or an appointment.
Our nurses can help with things like:
- fevers, coughs and colds
- infections and rashes
- vomiting or diarrhoea
- strains and sprains
- minor cuts and burns
- women's health, including emergency contraception
- support and referrals for women experiencing domestic, family or sexual violence.
Our team can help if you:
- have a health concern that is not life-threatening
- cannot wait for an appointment with a GP
- do not need a trip to the Hospital.
If we think you need more specialist care we'll refer you to another service.
