Staff at Beaudesert Hospital recently came together for a pink-themed Breast Cancer Awareness Morning Tea.
The CUPPA4BCNA event was organised by one of the hospital’s dedicated nurses, Aleisha Hodges and inspired by several staff members' personal connection with Breast Cancer.
“This felt like a meaningful way to create awareness and help in a small way,” Aleisha said.
The morning tea provided an opportunity for staff to show support, raise awareness, and reflect on the impact of breast cancer within the community.
In true Beaudesert hospitality style, staff on the General Ward rallied behind the event, generously supporting the morning tea with a spread of delicious homemade sweet treats.
