Bayside Health Service has welcomed its first cohort of enrolled nurse graduates as part of Metro South Health’s inaugural Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program.
Director of Nursing and Midwifery Amanda Garner said the Program supported enrolled nurses during their first year on the wards, providing scheduled graduate study days each month and intensive clinical guidance from the Clinical Facilitator graduate team.
“These nurses have recently qualified and are now stepping into their first year of practice, building confidence and skills with the support of our experienced teams,” she said.
Over the coming months, the graduates will gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in the workplace.
