Eight Mile Plains festivities
The halls of Eight Mile Plains were decked and ready for the judging panel yesterday.
The esteemed judging panel - Leah Matthews (consumer), Estelle Bain, Jane McLean, and Kathy Flanigan - had the fun, yet challenging task of selecting the best displays to crown this year's inaugural winners.
Acting Director of Nursing Midwifery Services Kathy Flanigan said each area brought something unique to the table.
“Pharmacy brought brightness and cheer for children waiting, while the Minor Injuries and Illness Clinic ran a Christmas-themed colouring competition. The Administration teams collaborated on a heartwarming gingerbread love story and Senior Admin created a collage of Christmas past, present, and future, featuring their team's smiling faces.
After much debate and a lot of laughter, the winners were crowned!
