Acts of kindness, gratitude and teamwork have been in the spotlight this week as staff across Logan and Beaudesert Health Service embraced the inaugural LBHS Positivity Week.

An idea brought to life by the Nursing and Midwifery Professional Development Unit (NMPDU), the week-long wellbeing initiative encouraged staff to take part in simple, values-aligned acts of positivity supporting workforce wellbeing, strengthening team connections and fostering a psychologically safe workplace culture.

At the heart of the initiative was a Positivity Passport, challenging staff to complete activities inspired by each letter of the word POSITIVITY throughout the week.

From recognising colleagues and expressing gratitude, to taking time for self-care and supporting one another, teams across LBHS found plenty of ways to spread positivity in their work areas.
