There were plenty of chats, moments of connection and splashes of yellow across our facilities as our teams took time to check in with each other on R U OK? Day.
From sharing a BBQ with colleagues to joining staff networks or simply stopping for a chat, it was a great reminder of the importance of making time for the people we work alongside.
The LBHS Culture Crew said R U OK? Day may be one day on the calendar, but looking out for each other was something we could do every day.
