Congratulations to the Logan Hospital Stroke Unit, which has been recognised with the Australian Stroke Coalition Quality Stroke Service Distinction Award.
This national recognition highlights health services that deliver the highest standards of care based on eight key quality indicators aligned with the Living Clinical Guidelines for Stroke Management and the Australian Acute Stroke Clinical Care Standard.
Clinical Nurse Consultant Victoria Pullinger said the team was thrilled to receive the honour.
“The Logan Stroke Unit is extremely proud to receive this award as it highlights the amazing work that our team carries out every day,” Victoria said.
“It also gives patients confidence that they are receiving evidence-based care, which has a positive impact on the community.”
