The Implementation Science Health Conference Australia (ISHCA26) will this year be held at the Translational Research Institute, Brisbane, on 26–27 November 2026.

Co-presented by Health Translation Queensland (HTQ) and the Tropical Australian Academic Health Centre (TAAHC), it will bring together 200 researchers, clinicians, policy makers and health system leaders to share the latest advances in implementation science and research translation.

Abstract submissions are now open for presentations aligned with the conference theme: INNOVATE – IMPLEMENT – IMPACT.

We welcome submissions from researchers, clinicians, implementation practitioners and scientists, and students across a broad range of health-related disciplines. Abstracts may be accepted for oral or poster presentations.

Travel bursaries will be available for eligible regional, rural and remote participants, higher degree research students and early career researchers.
